Voxdata
Voxdata is a company offering a custom call center outsourcing service installed in Montreal and Toronto.
The company needed a website to advertise its services and to display it's brand on the internet. The site has been the subject of an extensive study to determine the usability and the ideal visual presentation for serving the customer.
The application is divided into two parts. The first part presents the corporate services of the company and the second displays different aspects of the business from the perspective of a current employee. It also lists the positions available and allows the visitor to send his application on different available jobs.
Qc media services were needed to implement the platform and develop the functionnalities necessary for such a site. The chosen solution is based on the TYPO3 CMS, with several custom modules developed to allow administrators to manage themselves all textual and graphical content of the site and the testimony of employees, job openings and several other records easily.
